White/plain/ 100%cotton bedding?

I used to be able to get plain white duvet covers from Asda but now it's all waffle etc.

I would like totally plain white duvet covers at a reasonable price. Any ideas where I can find this?

The Dorma range at Dunelm, washes beautifully and lasts for years.

IKEA. Ours are surprisingly good. They are soft and have lasted well.

Actually we also have one from White Company but it is honestly no better than the IKEA bedding.
