Last year I invested in the neff combi oven and a slide and hide oven. Since then I’ve noticed both touch screen control panels are covered in scratches. I clean the panels when greasy fingerprints are left with soapy water and a dishcloth and then a micro fibre cloth to dry and shine up its a new soft cloth. Late last year I was so fed up of seeing the scratches I paid £150 for a new control panel a few months later and it’s done exactly the same. I wondered if it’s me and what I’m doing to clean it or it’s just a flaw with the design.
