Mop recommendations for textured tiles

Hello,

Thanks to this site, I purchased a new hover over the weekend to deal with 2 boys and a goldie, my carpet looks brand new again! So, thank you!

I am now after a mop for textured tiles. I have used steam mops and a traditional mop, but neither can get the mud up fully.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Bumping as I'd like advice too!

Yes me too! I have LVT and the word grain tile is fine but the other type of LVT I have (like a textured tile) always looks grubby. It’s like I need to get on my hands and needs with a scrubbing brush (but who’s got time for that)… just so we know what to rule out - I have a flat head mop, mop and bucket and a steam mop so none of those Wink

I have textured vinyl flooring in the bathroom and can never seen to get it clean. Even scrubbing with Flash bleach spray doesn’t do the trick.

I just bought a shark steam cleaner with rotating emop heads. Thats pretty good.

@Everydaydayisaschoolday can you share a link to the one you have. Been looking at their steam and scrub mop, is this the one you have?

Yes. The Steam and scrub. It seems good.

You need the Bissell Crosswave, it will change your life! It is now affectionately known as my favourite child owing to it's 3 in 1 vacuum, wash and dry functions. I have textured light coloured floor tiles and have tried several mops, as well as a Shark steam cleaner and although they removed the obvious muck, I could never get rid of the ingrained dirt that comes along with 2 dogs and family traffic. Honestly, I'm really sceptical about manufacturers bold claims but this thing is genius!
