Cleaner coming!

Please can I have some advice on what I should ask the cleaner to do in a 4 hour deep clean?

There's 2 of them, it lasts 2 hours.

They've said I can have whatever I like done.

So Mumsnet - what would you request?

Background - we keep on top of the daily stuff ok. Planning on having a deep clean once every 6 weeks to try and get on top of things.

I'd recommend talking to them and make sure they know what you want so you're both on the same page.
I'd probably have got the deep clean done first then it will be easier for them to keep up to.

The deep clean is what we are having done, but she's said that we can have what we want... which I found confusing because I don't know what I want! I was thinking;

Windows (inside) throughout
Light fittings
Wipe over kitchen cupboards and kick boards
Bathrooms

Is that too much for 2 people in 2 hours do you think?

I would print out what you want just so as there is no misunderstanding.

Wash all paintwork including doors and skirtings.

Dust and polish all surfaces

Clean Kitchen and Bathroom

Vacuum carpets and mop floors.

I would tidy as much as you can. Even if it just by putting things in boxes out of the way.
