Our dishwasher is washing everything ok. But there's a sticky orange residue on all the plastic parts, including the arms and around the filter. I have done hot washes with just vinegar, topped up the salt and rinse aid, but nothing is working. Any ideas? The filter is regularly checked. We are in a hard water area, but this doesn't resemble limescale at all, and it's a fairly new machine.
