Cleaning an Induction Hob’s extractor

Hi

I just finished cleaning my induction hob’s built in extractor fan and when I wiped the inside seemed to be full of green gunk. Can anyone tell me what that is - is it fat / grease?

Wouldn’t it be steam and fat vapour that’s condensed ?
Was it like a film on the surfaces or blobs in a particular place?
