samsung dual ovens

has anyone got one of these ovens? it can be used as a single oven, or dual oven ... they look amazing but i would be keen to know what experience is of using them if anyone has any? there look to have been questions asked before with no responses, but maybe going back some time. Any advice or feedback would be fab.. i need to act soon and this oven looks amzing.

We’ve got one and I love it. It’s self cleaning too.

I have one and it drives me mad. It has lots of gadgets, and got rave reviews on Which?, but maybe it would suit someone who cooks far more complicated things than I do. The instruction booklet is useless -- basic getting-started info is half a page somewhere around the middle.

I usually keep the divider in, thinking that would use less fuel. But I have to cook at a far higher temperature or for longer than the recipe states, because it doesn't heat up accurately. Also, having two ovens was much less useful than I thought, because I could not have them at very different temperatures.

The damn thing has now apparently developed a fault, for which the instruction booklet (and anything I could find online) only says "Contact Samsung". I'm going to make this an excuse for ditching the expensive mistake and getting something simple that works.
