Baumatic - any good?

Not sure if 'housekeeping' is the right place for this thread but will give it a go...

We are looking at getting a new kitchen, including appliances. Homebase have a baumatic oven & stove set for just £299 - never heard of the brand and even the homebase kitchen designer said he wasn't familiar with it! Our budget is tight and we are not fussy about brands, so this is appealing - but maybe too good to be true?

Online reviews of baumatic are mixed. Trustpilot is pretty damning but some other sites have 4+ stars.

I had a Baumatic extractor hood many years ago. It was brilliant. Never had any problems. I was under the impression back then that they were quite a premium brand. I have to say , I haven't come across them recently so don't know what the quality is like now .
