Dry cleaners have shrunk wool blanket

Collected a wool blanket today from the dry cleaners (dry clean only item obviously) - just laid it on the bed and it's shrunk! And the fabric feels very tight, not at all soft as before.

I reckon they've washed it? Clearly I'm going back tomorrow to discuss with them - does anyone know if this damage is likely to have happened if they'd dry cleaned it properly? Worried they'll just say they followed the label instructions and not their fault

Anyone?

If it's shrunk, it's because it was too hot , and had possibly been moved about too much. It's mainly the heat though. And I'm afraid that just isn't salvageable. I really hope it wasn't precious.

What did they say?

I'm still waiting for them to respond - waiting for one of them to speak to the manager apparently
