May I just point out to you that we've just discovered that people with screen readers find these thread titles a real pain - they literally read out "plus equals plus equals plus equals" etc etc. Most of us are trying to avoid doing it for that reason. Not being preachy, just letting you know!

Having an eye on my New Year's resolutions - could you tell me about Flying please? I've looked at the website and I'm way too confused.

I've done the stuff Grouchy's posted already and I had a new sofa a couple of weeks ago. Is it always this easy

I can't be of much help really. I've been here for about a year and I still don't get FLYlady, I've never done it to be honest.

They say it's best to start with Babysteps, that's the basic stuff. Things like shining your sink etc. I've just picked up on things as I've gone on and I have to say Housework is easier and my home is much cleaner and easier to maintain.

We basically pop here to let each other know what we've been up to and give each other loads of support and friendship. I think it's great here.

Evening all

Just back from MIL, so had another christmas dinner, and huge present-fest. (She goes a bi mad at christmas to make up for the fact that she always forgets everyones birthdays, exept dp who is new years day, and her niece who is the same day as her!)

Anyway, no FLYing has happened here but one load of washing should have done while we were out, so I'll sort that out,and hen tomorrow will be clear up day before we go o my parents on Friday.

LL - We will try and remember to do word titles in future, but lots of us start the daily thread, so it may take a while for us all to remember

MrsGrinch We all take FLYlady proper at a level that suits us...I recommend babysteps to get you going. There may be a few others willing to join you, or we could do a daily link on here from Jan if you want and all do a refresher course
It is about establishing a routine that works for you, but tbh, lots of the regulars on here find the thing that helps the most is posting on here every day
