Well, DS woke at 3.30amish to find his stocking full...but I managed to get him back to sleep!
DD1 then woke at 4.35
All then very quickly woke and devoured their stockings.

All downstairs, and pressies are all just about unwrapped now. DD1 has gone back to bed!!! She said she had tummy ache

Bianca a big thankyou to you, the pillowcases are fantastic, you are very clever, and what a lovely idea! The calendar is already on the computer table thankyou from us all xxxx

Just a quick peek back on, DD1 is still in bed, DH has also gone back to bed, and DS and DD2 are watching tv and playing with various toys and things

I've emptied the D/W and tidied up the mountain of wrapping paper! Fed the birds, listened to my xmas pressie (bianca...I got Mika's Album!! ) I have a Baileys with Ice on the go (bit early I know) Will start to think about dinner in a bit, but really need to clear some floor space!

I am off to have a nice hot bath, get dressed and maybe even put a spot of make-up on , get dh up and then I can put my feet up

Good morning and Merry Christmas

Well, my dcs slept in till 8am Dh and I had been half awake for a couple of hours wondering when they'd wake up!
Within about 30 minutes everything was opened, wrapping paper has replaced the carpet and the nice tidy house is full of toys
We're now attempting to get up and dressed (my dad and wife are due for breakfast soon) but dd and ds are too busy comparing presents to be bothered to get dressed just yet!
Dd declared "how embarrasing" when she opened some knickers that Santa had brought - made me

MERRY CHRISTMAS.

DD1 woke at about 6.20. She then woke everyone else at 6.30 after excitedly showing me her full stocking!
They all open a few presents in bed before coming downstairs!

We managed to make present opening last a few hours by opening on each one at a time! All are very happy with their presents. Especially the boys with their wii.

Dinner went very well. And tasted great. I was the only one to eat all mine though! Just as i expected really!

DS's went ith their dad at 3pm. I felt really sad after they had gone but tried to play with DD's for a bit.

They are now having a bath.

Will find them a sandwich or something for tea in a mo. Dinner was quite at about 2 so they won't be that hungry with the chocs they have eaten on top of dinner and pud!

I will be back later after they are in bed.

tODAY HAS GONE WELL.
eD CAN'T GET OVER THE IDEA THAT sANTA CAME, SCOFFED HIS SNACK (ooops, caps error) Rudolf had a carrot. Every present was adored and greeted with the greatest of amazement and he played with everything.

DH made a wonderful Xmas meal inc tirimisu all home made. Baths have been had and people are sleepy

I got some fab presents too so I'm happy

Can I just say ditto to what TMH said last night. You lot and your support have helped me get through 2007, and the house is in a much better state too. THANKS for everything

Tort fro u, atleast u had the DS's for the stocking and present opening in the morning.
We had a good day, the dinner actualy was all done at the same time.
DD has had a lovely time playign with her and DS's toys. Unfortunately she is still awake and she and DP r having a lovely time playing with DS's toys.

Will be back tomorrow , Dp is unfortunately working, so will just be 3 of us

My boys did me proud - they woke at 7.30 and we all got dressed and had breakfast beore they opened some of their pressies, then went to MIL's and they opened more and have lunch.

They managed with their 5 year old spolit single child cousin and then we went to Great Grans. They had a bath at MIL's then home an to bed. No naps, no tantrums, just two very happy, very gracious and adorable babies. They behaved impecably

I was spoilt by DH, a bracelet with their fingureprints on - it made me cry
