Tell me your cleaning schedule!

I’m interested to know what people’s cleaning schedules are that have a similar set up to me. We have a 13 month old that is very active and busy(!) and a pug that sheds a lot! We both work full time although I have one weekday off.
I find keeping the house clean and tidy hard work and need some inspiration! I’m having a good de-clutter at the mo and then desperately want to work out a routine to keep on top of it so please give me your inspiration so I can work it all out!

If you can afford it get either or both a robot hoover and a cleaner. Then do TOMM level 1 and level 3 or do all of TOMM but you can move the days round to suit you.

I have a big house that is quite cluttered and I struggle.

I also work part time but mostly from home.

On getting up I make the bed and get the Dcs to make theirs. I put on a load of washing. I then do half an hour clean downstairs and go really really hard and fast. I try and sweep and mop. I clean one shelf in the fridge (rotating daily). I give the microwave a wipeover daily. I then do a quick review of the rooms upstaors and spend maybe 20 mins tidying.

After lunch i spend 15 minutes tidying the kitchen.

After dinner I spend a further 30 minutes cleaning, sorting out lunchboxes and water bottles.

I try and iron a load of washing a day (we do not have a dryer).

Our cleaner comes on Thursdays and so i dedicate that day to decluttering and sorting one room. (about 30 minutes). So far this year I have done the spare bedroom and the sitting room. I never vaccum as the cleaner does that, but I do sweep and mop all hard surfaces every second day.

I do this every day. It keeps things ticking over, but by no means would my house be desribed as pristine. (Dogs, cats, messy wfh husband, 2 DCs.)

I also recommend TOMM. It is good if you work out the house and need a really workable routine.
