Beko dishwasher not starting

After selecting programme and then pressing the start/pause button, the start light just flashes then after a while dishwasher turns off.
I've tried cancelling programme, switching off, unplugging.....any ideas please?

Does it give any error codes?
Looks like it wants salt and rinse aid too
Have you cleaned out the filters?

I got rid of mine after it wouldn’t start. Then I discovered there’s a known trick....something to do with tilting the dishwasher. Google Beko dishwasher tilt and have a read, hopefully it’ll help.

Yes Google the tipping method. We had the same issue and that solved it. Sounds mad but the beko helpline talked me through it and it worked first time and we have never had an issue again.

I also had to tilt a Beko dishwasher to get it to restart - so try it

Mine stopped because I had the edge of tea towel stuck in the door when it was running once

I switched off at mains, tilted it (towels under to catch water). It then restarted for me

The rinse aid and salt lights are always on - we don't full the dispensers as we use all in 1 tabs.

I tilted mine forwards (towards me). Put a couple of bath towels down first & good luck OP!
