Best apps for an organised life

2022 will be the year I get my life under control. It’s generally not too bad but it gets chaotic at times and I’m not always the most organised.
With the usual demands of a job, voluntary role and two kids I’m not expecting perfection but if I can improve on last year I’ll be happy.

What apps do you all use to keep track of everything or keep yourself organised?

I have an outlook calendar for work, Evernote for storing school letters etc and a pomodoro app to keep me motivated on busy days. But it feels a bit disjointed.

What do you all use?

The gift list app has been really helpful for me this year. I intend to keep it going by adding categories. It's also good so I remember to buy the bits and bobs everyone liked.

I use NoteMaster and have different folders with lists in. It helps me to see information organised in that way but it’s certainly not a perfect cover-all-bases solution so I’ll be following the thread. I’d love meal planning methods/ app ideas.

Ooh, both good suggestions. I think Note Master could be similar to Ever Note in some ways. I also forgot that I’ve dabbled with Trello in the past too and do quite like that for planning ahead with lists.

I use Trello for loads of stuff. I really like how easy it is to reorder and move stuff around. I have eg a board for Christmas with lists for gifts, food, tasks etc that I keep from year to year. I have a lot of stuff to do with being POA for my mum on another board.
Has become my go-to repository.

My docs are in Microsoft Onenote and I am now scanning in a lot more paperwork and getting rid of the paper.

I also have a lot of stuff to do with my Camper Van in there too!

I don't. I just put everything in my Outlook diary.

Calendar, not diary
