Run washing up liquid into it and wash with bio powder

Rub*

How long did you leave the elbow grease on for? I find you need to leave on for a couple of hours.

Washing up liquid dotted on. Then wash as normal.

Oh to be fair I think I sprayed it on and put it in the machine?!

Did you rub the washing up liquid into the stain?
Or try that vanish gel stuff

I’ve found that Dr Beckmann’s Stain Devil for Lubricant & Grease , Tar, Wax and Motor Oil never lets me down. I now use it on all grease stains. It doesn’t fade the fabric but it does have a fairly strong smell which disappears in the wash.
Where I live it’s impossible to find in the shops so I order it direct from the website. I’ve got a whole variety of the stain removers in the little bottles and have found them all pretty good for removing what they say they will. Strangely the one that works least well is the one for curry, cooking oil, fats and sauces which is why I use the lubricant one for anything that has a grease stain.

Splosh laundry stain remover is brilliant. It gets oil out straight away. (Except for the shirt my husband has that I really don’t like, funny that…)

I might leave the elbow grease on overnight - I mean I've nothing to lose!
