Best way to keep new oven as clean as possible

Have a new oven and already it's getting those brown speckled spots on the interior. What's the best way of keeping it clean? I haven't used any heavy duty products on it yet, though I assume they'd be fine as it seems like a standard, porcelain coated steel interior. I've just wiped with a microfibre cloth with a squirt of washing up liquid so far, but the spots won't shift. I'm worried about using anything more scrapey in case it damages the surface.
Recommendations please for products and type of cloth/sponge. Am I being unrealistic in thinking I can get rid of all the speckles?

I've had success with shaving foam ( not gel). Put the foam on the oven while it is still slightly warm and leave it overnight. Wipe off with microfibre cloth next day. If you wipe the oven with a cloth and washing up liquid every time you use it and while the oven is still warm, that should keep it clean.

I wipe round any obvious spills after cooking. But are these brown spots firmly stuck on now though? I'll try to attach a photo to show what I mean.

First thing to do is put an oven liner in to keep the base clean. They're dead cheap

Have you tried a magic sponge

I like the sound of a magic sponge

Warm it first, not too hot.
