I bought one a couple of weeks ago and I'm rather underwhelmed. I was so excited having wanted one for years (sad, I know) but I just don't really feel it's that good? Maybe I'm doing it wrong?
I bought it mainly for condensation on the bathroom window after showers, and on other windows in the house when there is any. But I can't seem to get the knack of it. At the moment, to me, it just seems like a squeegee, I end up having to chase the stream running down the window and catch it at the bottom with the vacuum. Am I going too fast? Too slow? I find it works really well on the shower screen and mirrors. But it's just the windows I can't master... can someone help please before I throw it out of said window!?

Ours broke twice, if it broke again I wouldn't replace it.

I wouldn't be without mine.

I vac horizontally across window rather than vertically then just vac any that's dripped onto the window ledge or take a bit of kitchen roll or a cloth to wipe the ledge.

By far the quickest and easiest way to get rid of a lot of excess moisture.

I use it on the bathroom tiles too and water spills on the laminate or tiled floors.

We love ours too, we have one in each bathroom, both get used every day here after showering.

Ohhh okay. So it does run onto the ledge a little bit! I (stupidly) thought that I wouldn't need to wipe afterwards. I won't throw it out of the window now I know I'm not actually going wrong. Thank you!

I binned mine for all the reasons you give. It was inefficient clutter.

I spray my windows with a good covering of windolene then window vac it off and it leaves the windows clean and smear free love it as hated cleaning the windows before i do the same on mirrors and glass surfaces.
