How do I get these black marks off my hob?

I've scrubbed with astonish hob cleaner and a scrub daddy sponge and they've not shifted.

Also rubbed them with a dishwasher tablet that just made a mess 😂

Looks like you need a mild abrasive, bicarb powder might do the job or barman’s friend (powder or cream version) if you need something a bit more powerful.

I'd try the pink stuff paste but check a small patch area first.

Barkeepers friend, or make a paste with bio washing powder and water and leave it to soak.

Tried bicarb as that's all I have but no good

I've tried about 5 things now. I'm going to gas myself with products

The black stains may have been caused by some previous cleaning product. You could try T Cut which is used for cars. Otherwise, a lot of marks come off if you use washing up liquid and a little hot water to soak it. Leave it for hours. Come back and take it off with a sponge wrung out in boiling water - wear gloves.
