Dress smells of smoke

I’ve recently had a dress made for me on Etsy. It’s lovely however has arrived smelling of smoke. Event is in a few days, is there anything I can do to get rid of this smell as much as possible?

I've used Febreeze in the past (followed by a good airing to get rid of the disgusting smell of Febreeze) but it wasn't perfect. Tbh I'd be returning it - the smell of smoke is really hard to shift and not acceptable if it was new/made for you (as opposed to being used/vintage where it might just have gone unnoticed by the seller).

I'd hang it outside or at an open window as much as possible between now and then.

Just wash it.

Or dry cleaner if not suitable for washing machine.
