Suction Shower Storage?

GlitterBiscuits · 25/11/2021 07:51

We have a new shower and I'm reluctant to drill into the panels.
I'm sure I saw recommendations for suction based shower storage in MN? Something to keep the soap and shampoo on?

Can anyone recall please? Thanks

Suction ones have fallen and cracked my shower tray before so now I have one that hangs over the side of the shower enclosure

I got one which stuck on with sticky pads. Let me see if I can find it.

It’s no longer available but I got it from Amazon and it has been up three years with no problem and plenty of weight on it. It is a double shower enclosure so it is down the other end from the shower itself.

These are what you need, suction won’t work for heavy items, these do the job, I think they came from Wilkos, I bought two they just fix together by the hook, and the hook at the top goes around the shower riser. Plastic so no rusting, ideal.

We have these - they stick on with adhesive hooks. They've been loaded up with shampoo bottles etc and are rock solid.

I've got suction ones from John Lewis which fit in the corner. One is currently holding my shampoo, shaving foam, conditioner, face wash, and another small conditioner thing. It's never fallen off. It's got sort of screw things on the suckers to make sure you get a really good suction. I forget the name but it was from JL, and it's a plastic basket with chrome things over the suckers.

www.bmstores.co.uk/products/addis-cubicle-hanging-caddy-332952 I have this

My suction caddies have been up for over 10 years and still going strong. Holding 4-5 shower gel/shampoo bottles etc.
Can't help with where it came from but just saying they do work, save a lot.of faff and potential damage and look just as good as the drill ones - ie. chrome not plastic etc.

Thanks all. I went with the Orimade ones and they are great so far.
