IKEA Grönlid sofa washing?!

Thrilling title to drag everyone in huh!?
I have a 2seater Grönlid sofa, the cushion covers can easily be removed and washed but can I remove the arm/back and front lower covers without dismantling the whole sofa? Can't find the manual either. Before I start tearing at the Velcro should I find a screwdriver?

Try looking online, might be able to download. I think you need an Alan key.
Good luck

According to website, sofa covers are removable, so you should not need to dismantle

Also basing this on extorp where you build then put on covers - which stay in place with Velcro. So just (gently) pull at Velcro & you should be able to take covers off

I put mine back on when damp as easier to stretch back on over arms etc that way

Thank you. I've had to take the arm rests off to get the covers off - needed a spanner. The back cover can stay where it is for now !
