5am Club?

I'm struggling to keep up with work, parenting, exercise and domestic jobs around the house. I'm considering getting up earlier in the mornings to have space to get on top of things and start my day more productively. After 8pm I don't have any motivation to do anything other than sit and watch tv. Anyone else tried this and still awake enjoying positive benefits??!! Please share and inspire me! Grin

I am a morning person, also have no motivation after 8pm... but getting up at 5am in the winter every day does not appeal to me at all

6.30 sounds more reasonable. I like to do some exercise before work (from home) & it does occur to me that doing some household tasks (eg 20 mins of laundry/meal prep etc) before that means I would not be exercising straight after jumping out of bed

I think rather than forcing yourself to get up early, I would focus on self care to have more energy, and getting rid of time sinks/outsourcing what you can

I'm aware that lots of super successful business people get up at 5am, but a totally hyper existence with no time for me is not a way I want to live
