Anyone knows of any good laundry balls that clean clothes well?
Looking for way to save on laundry detergent.

Watching with interest.

Do they really work?

I have used an Eco ball for the past year. I have had no problem with it cleaning clothes. I do add a conditioner as well. Yes, they do work.

The only thing I have found in the last few weeks is that clothes are starting to smell, so for the moment I have gone back to using washing powder which has worked to get rid of the smell.
Not sure why the ball would make the clothes smell? Perhaps I need to replace it.

mmm, they smell because the balls don't work
try just using nothing, and compare it to using the balls (I have)

Never found they worked. Washed clothes always just smelt musty.

But to remove dirt you need detergent of some kind. If you don't remove the dirt the clothes will smell. Then the wearer will smell.

There are eco brands to buy you don't have to go detergent free.

I have laundry balls for the dryer. They seem to work quite well.
