can someone help me with my dishwasher prob ??

just got a new AEG dishwasher all the glasses and cutlery come out with a blueish tint, ie. not lovely and shiny. Have studied the troubleshooting section in the instrucion booklet, and tried everything they suggest,
incr and decrease rinse aid etc... doesn't seem to work.

can anyone help?

It's normally to do with the salt and the hardness or softness of the water. Have you checked that?
