I see these tiny bugs sometimes on my worktop but no idea how they get there and more importantly how to stop them coming!
It's no where near a food cupboard, there is a window above it but it's mainly closed. Could they come from a peace lily plant I have there? There's also a fruit bowl the other end that always had oranges and lemons... rest of the fruit is in the fridge/food larder.
They are tiny black specks, run quite fast and have little antennas. I've tried to get a pic but they are so small it's impossible to get a clear one!
