How often do you deep clean ur house?

So basically i have to deep clean every 2 days or i cant rest untill its done, by deep clean i mean i mop every 2 days and vaccinations the whole house and dust.

I Hoover and mop every day as I have three young children and a dog.
I don’t ever deep clean.

For me deep cleaning is cleaning the windows , skirting boards , hiring a carpet cleaner (maybe once or twice a year) scrubbing kitchen cupboards

I guess it's the feeling that you can't rest until it's done that's becoming a problem? I don't have that problem at all tbh - I can rest all too easily when I'm supposed to be cleaning my house. Right now, for example! Maybe try and gradually wean yourself off a bit. Reduce what you do - so maybe hoover and mop as normal, but only move tye furniture and do the skirting boards etc once every couple of weeks.
