Tiny Shitty Little Flies

Feels like they are everywhere flying in my face but in reality only a few.

No obvious cause

House really clean

No rotting fruit or veg

Had some issues with the drains but now resolved.

Ideas?

Yes normal domestos, only thing that worked for me

We are currently being besieged by drain flies in the area I live in. They are tiny and legion. I found putting bleach down my drains and putting all plugs in drains. I got a fruit flycatcher from amazon, it's a tiny bottle of orange stuff and it's worked a treat.

We had them from house plants and I used tiny saucers/ lids/ bottle tops even with orange squash in them and caught loads! But they only way I got rid of them completely was repotting all my house plants and using thick layer of grit so they couldn't get to the soil to lay eggs in it.
