Recommend your fav cleaning products

I am overwhelmed about our house.

Have started the decluttering and read the TOMM thread. I've realised I'm a slattern and don't no where to start with proper cleaning, ie the windows are filthy.

What are your Best Buys? What's in your cleaning caddy?

I've always been one for whatever cleaner is on offer but DF purchased some Method bathroom cleaner(post Covid I clean for him now fun time ) and it was a game changer for me. It's great you spray it on leave it and then wipe away and my good it's good 😊. It converted me to the method range I've tried most now so in my caddy I have :

Method bathroom
Windowlene
Vikal - very hard water area
Method Kitchen spray
The pink stuff - brilliant for jobs/cookers/upvc the list goes on
Baby oil - great for stainless steel

Method rhubarb and clementine are lovely. Don't like the watermint bathroom one so much.

Lakeland mould remover spray for grout.

Ecover Limescale Remover is fabulous! I'm trying to be more eco-friendly with my cleaning stuff and tried this in preference to Viakal or Cilit Bang which is what I normally use in the bathroom (hard water area) and it's better than either. They changed the formulation recently and I panicked but it's still just as good, just smells like berries and basil now apparently!

You can't beat white vinegar on windows OP, especially when used with scrunched up newspaper. It gets the windows lovely and shiny and the newspaper doesn't leave bits of fluff like dusters do.

Pink stuff spray (comes in disinfectant or just standard cleaner) and a scrub mommy (sponge one side, scrubby sponge the other) will deal with most things in your house I find. And it smells really nice too. Also, don't underestimate washing up liquid for general cleaning and floors etc, it works really well.
I've seen people on Instagram use 3 or 4 different products just to clean a sink which I think is getting carried away. Keep it simple!

I love Ocean Saver products. They work really well and the subscription options mean I don't run out.

Zoflora, use less than they recommend though.

Killrok (guessing the spelling) is always recommended on here. I bought it it's v good and easier to find than the HG mould spray. I read on here also for the upright mould space some loo roll in the spray and leave it stuck there over night. This works quite well. I'm tempted to tape it on next time!!

Sticky stuff remover spray is my favourite ever product though it's amazing!!!

Method stuff is lovely! Smells fab and doesn't catch in your throat/lungs.
