Best place to get a new cleaner?

Hey all,

I live abroad and my children are looking after themselves in our family home in the UK.

And not very good at looking after the house.

Any ideas on how to get a cleaner and monitor them while away?

Would prefer another mum who wasn't up to taking any nonsense if you know what I mean!

You could advertise for a cleaner on facebook. The only way to monitor them would be to put CCTV in the house but they probably won't like that much and it will put a lot of people off.
