I’ve had 3 cleaners the past 2 years.
They have cut corners, left early, said they had done things when they haven’t. Its just so frustrating.
I started a new one recently based on a recommendation and I thought, finally a good cleaner that understands what actually needs to be done.
Yet here I am going over everything again. To give you a flavour, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, the sink has toothpaste on it for example. But that’s just the start of the rework. I have visitors tomorrow so had to prep the bedroom and en-suite.
The rest of the house is the same, all needs to be done cleaned again. Not how I like spending my Thursdays nights after a long day.
I pay £15 pounds an hour for what are supposed to be good cleaners and they are just taking the piss.
If I could do it myself, I would, but I do want a reliable cleaner fortnightly. Someone that does actually clean and not try and create an illusion that they have.
