We have a shallow Le Creuset cast iron pan that we use for most of our cooking. We were told they are impossible to scratch. We've only ever used plastic or silicon utensils when cooking but there are all these black scratches on the bottom I can't get off! Are they scratches or just some of the plastic from the utensils? Anyone have ideas for how to get rid of them? Have tried the official cleaner/protector.
