Hive heating schedule

What does your hive heating schedule look like in winter if you work? Do you keep the same temperature throughout the whole day or do you drop it whilst at work? If you drop it what do you drop it to? Thanks

We only turn it one twice a day, sometimes add a boost if it is v cold. Usually 1/2hr before we get up for an hour, then 1/2 he before we get in from work - time on in the evening depends on how cold it is. Usually set for 20-21 degrees and we generally boost if it drops below 15 as we can feel it then.
