Carpet cleaner residue

Hi,

I used the dr beckmann carpet cleaner on a few patches where my cat had been sick. I think I've over saturated it because it's left a white cast. Our carpet is a wool blend mixture.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of this? The sick stain has gone but it now looks worse!

I work for a cleaning company & we get people ring all the time with this problem believe it or not most off the counter carpet/upholstery cleaners have bleach in them!!!! I use ServiceMaster Spot Hero which is amazing & none bleach so you could try that on it but not sure if the damage had already been done.
