Increase in Insects?

Anyone else suddenly finding more insects indoors - daddylonglegs, variety of moths, grasshopper etc have all been evicted in last few days.

Yes and they all seem to bigger than normal.

September (and April) is mating season for spiders, that's why you see more of those around now. And it's crane fly month as well.

I do a sweep of the house with the long nozzle on the hoover every morning. I had to remove a spider from behind my bathroom mirror the other day. I knew he was there because he pooed on the sink every day Shock

Ah. We have lots of fruitflies too.

Insect numbers have plummeted in the last couple of decades thanks to agricultural spraying (and LED lights??). Any increase is good news.
