Any tips as mine is looking like rags

Start with good quality (doesn't have to be expensive) 100% cotton or linen

Always wash on a hot wash 60-90°

Use laundry powder not liquid

Add oxy white powder or brighteners when needed

White vinegar is good

Line dry in the sun whenever you have the opportunity
