Slippy tiled floors- help!

We've moved into a new Edwardian house and it has tiled floors in the porch and rear lean-to. As soon as there's the merest hint of water on them, they become like an ice rink and it's lethal.

Is there anything I can use to stop them being so slippery?
We can't put rugs down as the doors are very low, and the area is fairly small, and I am constantly mopping, but I'm already fed up of slipping over!

I would go into a tiling shop, something like Topps Tiles, they will be experts. My brother is a tiler and tells me there are products that can coat your slippery floors with.
