Scandi system, two duvets on king size bed

Has anyone done this ? Looks civilised and want to try as I want my own duvet

We have done this for years, superking size bed but we have 2 duvets I have a double and DP has the superking. No more arguments over who's stealing the duvet (it was always DP but he was convinced it was me ) it's a game changer!

We did it a year or so ago and it's a game changer. I like a cosy duvet and a weighted blanket. Dh kicks his cover off. Before one of us would be either freezing or sweltering hot snd tossing snd turning all night.

We have 2 duvets but they are a kingsize each. I grew upon Scandinavia never got on well with the 1 single duvet but love 2 big ones each

We have a double bed with a double duvet each. DH like to wrap up in a cocoon but I like mine loose so it’s perfect. Summer we have two 4.5 tog and winter is two 10 tog.
I’d never change back to one big duvet.

Super king mattress, two double duvets.

Space fir sharing and separate cocoons.

Bliss.

We have a 6 feet bed with 2 single duvets .Works perfectly for us ! No more wrestling the Duvet or waking up cold.

Didn't know it was a scandi thing but we do this. Two double duvets on a king sized bed. DH likes a thin duvet and I need a weighted blanket and a much heavier duvet to sleep well.
