Tomato Soup - Argh!!

Can someone please tell me how to get tomato soup stains out of a jumper. Sons darling father fed him tomato soup yesterday and didn't think to stick his jumper straight in the wash. I have just washed it and you can still see some of the stain. I know that if you hang out in the sun it gets rid but there is a lack of sun at the moment!!
