Apologies for the thrilling Sunday topic Grin. I have Pyrex Pizza Trays that have been fab but are Teflon coated. The coating is coming off now and I'm looking for a non Teflon replacement any recommendations??

Tesco do decent pizza trays. Don't know if they have Teflon on though sorry.

I always buy the circular trays with small holes in them, most supermarkets sell them.

Get a pizza stone

pizza stone -agree
they do discolour and get a patina which is non stick
very heavy though compared to the trays

The weight of a pizza stone shouldn't matter, you leave the stove in the oven to preheat. Then you make your pizza ( or unwrap your fresh/ frozen pizza onto a floured peel. Then you use the peel to launch the pizza onto the very hot stone inside the oven.
