I have just made 500mls of kitchen cleaning solution with one tablespoonful of washing soda crystals, juice of half a lemon and a few drops of washing up liquid, topped up with water. It works brilliantly and cost about 20p.
I am on a mission to try it elsewhere in the house, and if it works as well as it does in the kitchen, I will not be buying any more expensive commercial stuff.
