Futon bed - how to make comfier

Spare room double futon bed is going to get some prolonged use next month.
We have a john lewis topper for it that helps a little but do you think a memory foam one like this would work better?

https://www.amazon.co.uk/RECCI-Pressure-Mattress-Hypoallergenic-Viscose/dp/B07Q2B9MTJ/ref=sr11_4?dchild=1&keywords=Memory%2BFoam%2BMattress%2BTopper%2B-%2BDouble&qid=1629274667&sr=8-4&th=1

Any ideas welcome!!

I have a similar issue in that I have a double sofa bed in constant use at the moment. We purchased a really good quality sofa bed that was designed for everyday use but still the mattress is quite thin - I guess it has to be because it needs to fold up. We got a memory foam mattress topper like you have there, it is like a thin mattress and can roll up when not in use. It makes the world of difference. I think we got ours from Emma but looking on their website i can't find it now. I will keep looking but from memory it was about £150 and it is bright yellow and white (if that helps you find the brand). Totally worth it for long term use. I don't think a "normal" topper would cut it really.

It came 2nd in a review online for the best mattress toppers (The Independant)

Oh that's brilliant, thanks. We would have ditched the futon and got a double air mattress but all the good ones are sold out (probably filling the millions of new yurts across the country).
Will give this a go.
