Bosch fridge runners

Has anyone had a problem with the runners for the crisper boxes on Bosch fridge. I did a lot of research before choosing this for our new house 5 years ago. Since the guarantee ran out, naturally, the runners have broken twice. I believe it is a design fault. Has anyone had this happen or are my veg too heavy? Am considering buying a Siemens and want to make sure it won’t also fall apart.

I've had 2 Bosch American fridge freezers the only issue I had/have with the runners is it's sometimes a bit awkward to get the tray back on. None have broken.

I have a Bosch fridge freezer almost 3 years now and no issues with the runner. Would love a Siemens though!

I have a Bosch integrated fridge and the runners have come off the salad crisper. I can’t get back on

How did you fix?

First time I paid someone to replace runners I bought on line. Second time I gave up and just slotted crisper in and cope with it occasionally falling out. I will never buy Bosch again.
