Cheap vacuum cleaner

Can anyone give me a recommendation for one that won't fail after a few weeks. I've bought basic cheap in the past and they've been terrible but I would like one for my teens to have upstairs to hopefully encourage room cleaning.

Gtech pro 2?

My crappy Shark broke and I bought the gtech whilst I waited for new parts for the Shark.

The gtech is light, battery operated and powerful.

Sharks are not always cheap but I have found them to be the best. Dysons have been my worst for breaking. I had a lovely little beldray one from lidle that was £40 it was surprisingly good.
