at your new sofa bargin! And at your friends sister getting a new suite every year! Wish we were loaded....

I like my job too so shouldn't complain. I also like getting out of the house for a while BUT I too feel like I'm stuck at work when I could be at home doing different things so am very similar to you on that front!

gibberish · 28/11/2007 17:14

Wish we were loaded too Unlikely to happen since I don't want to work more than 2 days a week though

Off to take dd3 to dancing. Be back later!

LUDA I know how you feel. DH and me will have been married 13 years in January and an item for 17 in June. It's just wierd really, I love him to bits and can't live without him but....ah, y'know.

We've been through a lot. The after effects of my childhood, his previous marriage, his work situation, my MS, the dreaded overdraft, the arrival of the Ed. We just spend so much time on the hum drum stuff we forget Grouchy and DH as a couple.

I always think of the opening line to Snow Patrol's Chasing Cars. Makes me blub but gets me through it

Sorry if I've got the wrong end of the stick, being nosey and beating around the wrong bush with that and sorry for TMI

Oodlesandludasoftinsel · 28/11/2007 18:45

...nope you haven't got the wrong end of the stick so don't be sorry GO!

Oodlesandludasoftinsel · 28/11/2007 19:01

(sorry dh walked in just as I was typing that!) didn't mean to be so short!

I know exactly what you mean though.... so many things make life difficult, you forget who you really are sometimes don't you.

evening fellow flyers

DS2 is in bed - so fingures crossed that I can have a sick free night please.

DS2 is reading storys with daddy and will be in bed in 5 mins.

I have tummy cramps, as I have had the coil fitted this evening - does anyone know how long they last.

I am going to crack on with the ironng and then hot bath and bed for me and a nights sleep - all being well.

Luda and GO Married 13 years here and I agree with both of you.

fgs are you OK?

I wish I knew someone who got a new suit annually - what a waste

gibberish · 28/11/2007 19:36

TMH no experience of the coil so no advice am afraid. Do you have a hot water bottle you can hold on your stomach? That might help with the cramps.

I need to find someone to take my suite... it's about 10 yrs old but still in good condition - much too good to scrap. Might put it on Freecycle.

Jas · 28/11/2007 20:01

No ceilings

Are you ok FGS??????? TMH What kind of coil.? I have a non hormonal one, and the cramps didn't las more than a day. Have you taken anything?

Hello everyone else I am breaking myself back in gradually to FLYing, and am trying to do my routines again. I know I need o be postig on here to keep it up, and justt don't get the chance with dp here all the time.

ImdreamingofaGROUCHYxmas · 28/11/2007 21:02

TMH I also have a non-hormonal one and the cramps didn't last past 36 hrs

TheMadHouse · 28/11/2007 21:54

Hormonal rather than copper. I have took some paracetamol and am going to go to bed.

It doesnt help that I am shattered IFKWIM.
