White tiny bugs on phone screen!!

In the last week, I've had 2 tiny white bugs crawl across my phone screen whilst sitting on the sofa. These have been on two separate occasions.

They were slim and white/light beige or sand colour probably the length of two grains of salt side by side.

For context, my living room is open plan with the kitchen and garden door opens up from the living room. We have brought in a few plants recently on the windowsill due to storm weather, since we don't have a greenhouse. We've also got a kitten but he's been checked for fleas and it's not that.

Has anyone else had this? Wtf are they?!

I’ve had this a couple of times, really freaked me out. I’ve no idea what they are, I was checking the dog and going round spraying disinfectant. Anything bug like and I turn in to a crazy person. If anybody else has any idea I’d love to know!

Book lice? They are harmless.

Off topic but could I please see your kitten? This is mine, 14 week old jack.

Maybe whitefly from your plants? Have a good check of the plants, especially under the leaves and see if you can see any there. As far as I know they only eat plants, so either put the plants back outside or you can buy sprays in garden centres, or spraying with dilute washing up liquid also works quite well. They really like members of the cabbage family (cauliflower, kale, etc), so could also be from veg you've bought.
