Has ANYONE had an MFI or Moben kitchen (or know somebody) who has and is PLEASED with it?

Thinking of getting a new kitchen early next year if we dont sell our house. MFI and Moben kitchens look great but I have heard some pretty negative stuff - from the sales pitch right through to the fitting. Are there any good stories out there? Our kitchen is tiny but could be better with clever cupboards etc.

ok... my Dad has a moben kitchen and is NOT pleased with it

moben is also EXACTLY the same as kitchens direct, which dotn ahve show rooms and are therefore cheaper.... got kitchens direct guy to confess that to me when i asked him why the pictures in the brochures were IDENTICAL.... so if you must have a moben got for a kitchens direct ordered one to reduce the price

Do NOT go to Moben. Terrible mistake we made. After you have signed the contract etc, they mess you around and they don't have people who answer the phones if you are already signed up! It was shockingly stressful and nearly cost me my sanity. My entire kitchen was ripped out, no lights etc and I THEN got a call on a Sunday saying NO FITTER CAN ATTEND TOMORROW!!!!!!! even though it was confirmed and promised etc.

Honestly I can't put it all into words, it was so terrible.

I have this MFI kitchen, which I am pleased with, but that's probably because my brother fitted it for me & made all sorts of adjustments & put in extra bits for me. iirc the price they wanted to fit it was almost half as much again as the cost of the cabinets.

we have an MFI kitchen and I do like the finished product, was also v impressed with the design they did for us, much better than the independent company we got a comparison quote from. However, the shite we went through beforehand was appalling and had minor problems with the fitters too.

We have a Moben kitchen and are happy, only took a few days to install and the service was great

I would say though, wherever you go, exercise caution with free dishwashers, etc. Better to spend the cash on a proper quality brand name IMO...

We have a new MFI kitchen but was fitted by FIL. We're really happy with it.
