wooly bears - not cute....help

we have carpet beetle larvae (wooly bears) - apparently they start moving around now and I have found three on the walls...and they LOVE merino wool jumpers...yum yum. Any idea how to get rid? Would chem-dry cleaning type work?

For wool moth we got some spray at local ironmonger/diy made by Rentokill - killed the little feckers!
