If dry cleaning won't shift it, nothing will?

I have a few dresses and blouses with white deodorant marks which I can't seem to get get out. Even dry cleaning hasn't removed them. Is this a lost cause or is there something else I can try before throwing them away?

Are they machine washable? Dr Beckman has a spray for deodorant stains that might work
