Bed linen airbnb

I have rented a successful airbnb for a year now. I have a question about the bed linen.

Through the summer months we change weekly but through the off season it can be more regular. We have two changes per bed. Obviously we had lockdown so no laundry through those months. Towels still wash up really well but as I'm ironing sheets and pillow cases today I do see sign of some wear. A bit bobbly, on or two small spots. When do you think it a good time to just give up and throw for new?

Would replace come September when monies are in the bank. May find sudden cancellations if foreign holiday takes off which will bugger up turnover no end

Folks are saying on threads here that UK break is a fall back position if they can't get abroad.
