Mopping hard floors

We have a lot of hard flooring downstairs, mostly lvt stuff and we sweep, hoover and spot wipe it a lot but we've never found a happy mopping set up. Any recommendations?

@CroydianSlip ah ha pre robots (a sentence I never thought I'd say!) best way I found was a Vielda 2 in 1 spray mop and my vacuum. I'd vacuum first then do the edges with the stick attachment then use the mop with Method spray - leave a measuring jug and the cleaning stuff out as I needed to top the mop back up during the mop session. I then vacuumed again afterwards. My old cleaner used to tell me just to vacuum once after mopping but I personally found too many bits on the mop head to mop the entire floor. HTH

Great thanks!

I've never hoovered after mopping, didn't know that was a thing! But always need to hoover before, our floor has half the garden in as dc are in and out like yoyos, dog pawa etc
